Y.P. Winfield was established in 1988 by three close friends: Daisy Phandi, Mariaty Yananto, and Moniju Teh. Under Divine guidance, these three friends sought to create an environment where not only the English language was taught but crucial character traits were instilled and nurtured in their students. They yearned to glorify God by investing in the lives of young people and thus, give back to their community and country. In this way they would be a blessing to others and fulfill a calling to serve their Lord Jesus Christ.

Wet day

Hi everyone, back again with our blog to know what's happening in winfield.

Since the Primary and Courses level got their share in having some outdoor fun, even for the course III and IV got to spend some time at Dusun Kreatif (read our last post to know what are they doing there). This time our Playgroup students don't want to miss some action outdoor too, for the morning classes, they could take some time off in studying and they spend their time playing water and some ball in our inflatable pool outside. It was really fun to see them playing with each other. Even some of them try to swim in the small pool. Wanna know how is the fun? here's some of their pictures.

Winfield Outing is BACK!!!!!!

Hello guyssss, how your weekend? we hope you had a nice weekend.

This Sunday on 8th March 2015, We held an outing for our C-III and C-IV students to Dusun Kreatif. What is Dusun Kreatif? Dusun Kreatif is an Indonesian Traditional Game Village located at Marindal. At there we could take a break from all of the technology around us and have some fun playing traditional games such as Congklak, Enggrang, catching fish in a pond with our hand and many more. For our lunch, we have to make a plate from banana leaves then we eat a cone-shaped rice (nasi lumpeng) it was a lot of fun seeing the students play and learn some traditional games which we could hardly see it in the City nowadays. Here are some of their pictures having fun there. Enjoy!!!
